Job Responsibilities – The Team Leader’s Job responsibilities are to achieve daily/weekly/monthly fundraising goals of the team (3-4 members) as well as individually.
Face-to-face
- Attending kiosks/fields in premium locations like Malls, Corporate, Events, and Residential for fundraising and awareness activities.
- Identifying prospective donors for Sambhav Foundation, explaining to them about campaigns, handling their queries, and accomplishing raising funds.
- Setting up and winding the Kiosk and sending daily team productivity reports to the manager.
Qualifications, Skills & Work Experiences –
- Graduate/Post Graduate preferred
- 2-3 years of work experience in Individual OR Corporate Fundraising.
- Excellent Local Language & English speaking ability with Computer basics & Internet access knowledge
- Representable, Energetic, Talkative, and Familiar with their respective locations.
- Ability to lead a team with good productivity and discipline.
