Job Summary:

A Recruiter on Field is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring qualified candidates for various job openings in the field. This position requires excellent communication, networking, and organizational skills to manage recruitment efforts, coordinate with hiring managers, and build relationships with potential candidates. A Recruiter on Field must have a strong understanding of the job requirements, company culture, and industry trends to identify the best candidates for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the field.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, industry contacts, Colleges, NGO’s and recruitment agencies.
  • Source and screen candidates for various job openings using various recruiting tools and techniques.
  • Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and experience.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to review job descriptions, set hiring criteria, and provide feedback on candidate selection.
  • Negotiate salary and benefits packages, extend job offers, and follow up with candidates during the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records, reports, and documentation.
  • Participate in job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities to promote the organization and build the candidate pool.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and hiring.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment or HR field.
  • Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using various recruitment tools and techniques, such as social media, job boards, and referrals.
  • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other recruitment software.

Key Result Area

  • Sourcing: The number and quality of candidates sourced & billed for the month through various channels, such as job portals, social media, referrals, and other networking sources.
  • Screening: The number and quality of candidates who are screened and shortlisted for further evaluation.
  • Interviewing: The number and quality of candidates who are interviewed and provided with feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Hiring: The number and quality of candidates who are hired within the agreed timelines and budget.
  • Candidate experience: The feedback and satisfaction level of the candidates who have interacted with the recruiter throughout the hiring process.
  • Data and reporting: The accuracy and completeness of data captured and reported on various hiring metrics, such as time to hire, cost per hire, and other relevant metrics.
