Educational Qualifications:
- (Preferred) PG degree in commerce, finance or other relevant field from a recognized university
- B. Ed from a recognized university
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the BFSI sector.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in vocational education in the BFSI sector
- Demonstrate experience in tailoring curriculum content to meet the specific needs and challenges in a diverse educational setting
- Demonstrated experience in planning, organising, and delivering teacher training programs.
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of curriculum delivery and recommend improvements.
- Strong collaboration, decision making and problem-solving skills.
- A dedicated commitment to quality and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of trainers, ensuring they are well-equipped to deliver high- quality vocational education.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to trainers to enhance their teaching capabilities.
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day training activities, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Implement efficient systems for scheduling, conducting, and evaluating training sessions.
- Develop and implement assessment strategies to measure the effectiveness of vocational education programs.
- Ensure assessments are aligned with curriculum objectives and provide valuable insights into student performance.
- Collaborate with educational experts and industry professionals to contribute to the development of an industry-relevant curriculum.
- Assist in refining curriculum content to meet the evolving needs of vocational education of students.
- Assist in the design and delivery of teacher training programs, focusing on improving pedagogical approaches and vocational education methodologies.
- Identify areas for improvement in curriculum, assessments, and training methodologies.
