One such story is of Tasmiya Fathima, a young aspirant who always dreamed of becoming a beautician. Financial constraints kept her from pursuing paid courses. Sambhav Foundation’s initiative opened a door of opportunity for her. Post-training, not only did Tasmiya secure a job at a beauty salon, but she also quickly advanced to a managerial position. Her journey from a trainee to a manager is a powerful testament to how skill development can elevate individuals professionally and personally.

The EDP program by Sambhav Foundation has been a beacon of hope for many aspiring entrepreneurs. A striking example is its success in empowering 207 individuals to start their dream businesses, surpassing the initial target of 200. The Skill Development initiative of the Sambhav Foundation has made a remarkable impact on the lives of more than 3,000 individuals. Samuhika Shakti’s collaboration has been pivotal in uplifting waste pickers and their families. Over six months, the program touched the lives of more than 300 waste pickers, with women taking the lead in digital skills and financial literacy courses. Through its collaboration with Schaeffler, the Sambhav Foundation has been a beacon of hope for 60 differently-abled women. By equipping them with beauty and wellness skills, the program has enabled them to find employment or start their ventures. Among them is Margiben Bharatbhai Jadhav from Vadodara, who, after completing the beauty course, found employment and became financially self-reliant.
