Founded with a mission to empower marginalized communities, we focused on education, healthcare, and vocational training. Despite limited resources, we remained committed to building a strong foundation. 

2010 – Solid Ground

With a solid foundation in place, Sambhav expanded its reach across India. Initiatives like Odisha’s “Educode Program” began transforming underserved communities, setting the stage for larger-scale impact.

2015 – Scaling Impact

Sambhav diversified into new areas, becoming a key player in building resilient communities. We expanded into multiple regions, addressing social issues with innovative, community-centric solutions.

2020 and Beyond

Intersectional Growth: Through partnerships with industry giants like Microsoft, HUL, EY, and Accenture, Sambhav adopted a futuristic, tech-driven, and green approach. Our focus shifted to sustainable impact, with projects emphasizing technology, environmental preservation, and collaborative efforts.

Today

Sambhav continues to transform lives at scale, with over 2.7 million livelihoods impacted and 13,000+ entrepreneurs incubated. Our journey is one of growth, collaboration, and lasting change.

Our skilling and vocational training projects are our approach in enabling the youth, women, and intellectually disabled to seek sustainable earning pathways. We provide vocational training in multiple trades through a well-designed curriculum coupled with placement assistance and entrepreneurial exposure
  • 161,403 people have vocational training in trades like beauty, apparel, automotive, digital business services, construction, manufacturing, and now, even coding and digital marketing.
  • 105,512 youth have received placement offers post our training.
  • 3,727 have set up their own enterprises, paving the path for entrepreneurial success.
  • 65,633 women have been empowered to seek earning opportunities.

  • Powered 48 schools and institutions with solar energy, creating eco-friendly educational spaces.

    Sustainable Tomorrow     Health is the bedrock of development, and at Sambhav Foundation, we address it holistically. Our approach integrates sanitation, hygiene,and healthcare into a cohesive strategy that promotes dignityand well-being
  • Constructed 9492 sanitation facilities, ensuring that access to clean water and toilets is a right, not a privilege.
  • Educated 322,189 individuals on hygiene practices, leading to a remarkable reduction in preventable diseases.
