Educational Qualifications:

PG degree in commerce, finance or other relevant field from a recognized university from a recognized university

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the BFSI sector.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in vocational education in the BFSI sector
• Demonstrated experience in tailoring educational content to meet the current and evolving needs of the industry.
• Demonstrated experience in coordinating and organising industry guest talks, providing students with insights into current industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.

Required Skills:

• Analytical mindset, adaptability, and organisational skills for effective industry engagement.
• Proven ability to align programs with industry standards and regulations.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with educators and industry stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and preferably Punjabi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to align vocational education programs with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Collaborate with curriculum developers, educators, and other stakeholders to ensure that educational content meets the current and evolving needs of the industry.
• Organise and manage effective On-the-Job Training (OJT) programs, coordinating with industry partners to provide students with hands-on experience.
• Coordinate and organise industry guest talks to provide students with insights into current industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
• Plan and coordinate visits to various industries. Ensure that industry visits align with the curriculum, providing students with a holistic understanding of their chosen trades.
• Work collaboratively with curriculum developers, educators, and industry stakeholders to foster strong relationships.
• Actively seek opportunities for internships and apprenticeships in collaboration with industry partners.
• Maintain regular and open communication with industry partners to stay informed about industry requirements, trends, and potential opportunities for students.
